Originally founded in 1970 as National Collection Service, NCS solely operated as a commercial collection agency. To meet the growth of its clients' needs, NCS expanded services to include the Construction and UCC Services Groups.
Family
Founder Howard Cowan, a credit professional himself, understood the risk involved for companies extending large lines of credit. Family run for more than thirty-five years, NCS continues the tradition of professionalism, attention to detail, and committal to assisting credit employees nationwide.
