Job Summary: The Sales Administrator provides administrative support to the entire Sales and Marketing teams and serves as the internal point of contact for general sales-related requests.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage data within the Sugar CRM system to ensure information is up-to-date and accurate; generate reports for distribution to stakeholders
- Ensure sales and marketing documents are properly maintained and updated
- Assist Marketing with the maintenance and execution of educational content
- Coordinate seminar/trade show planning and scheduling
- Edit sales proposals to ensure clarity & accuracy
- Scan receipts and enter data into proper systems to assist with expense reporting
- Route client calls to appropriate department or Account Representative
- Respond to general client inquiries
- Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, Certifications:
- Associate’s degree
- Two plus years of experience in an administrative role or any combination of 4 or more years of education and experience.
- Sugar CRM experience preferred

- Near visual acuity
- Prolonged sitting while viewing a computer monitor
- Frequent typing and use of keyboard/mouse
