Job Summary: The Legal Coordinator is responsible for departmental and organizational tasks, client & attorney follow up, generating, and sending documents & correspondence

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Review documents for accuracy and obtain necessary signatures and approvals
  • Generate and review departmental reports
  • Process correspondences, including mail
  • Process attorney billing/invoicing
  • Correspond with clients and attorneys
  • Assist in answering client inquiries, questions
  • Scan and copy documents for filing
  • Notify the Secured Services group of impending deadlines
  • Audit error reports
  • Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, Certifications:

  • 1 year administrative experience in a legal or financial services setting

Physical and Mental Demands:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and email
  • Manual dexterity
  • Near visual acuity
  • Prolonged sitting while viewing a computer monitor
  • Prolonged standing
  • Frequent typing and use of keyboard/mouse
  • Ability to lift up to 10lbs regularly
