Job Summary: The Quality Auditor plans and conducts quality audits and analysis by thoroughly reviewing & maintaining all workflow processes, standard operating procedures, and their effectiveness, to ensure the Operations Department’s quality standards are achieved and maintained and make recommendations for continual improvement. This position will collect, monitor, analyze and report workload input and output, along with errors to the Notice/Lien Manager, Director of Operations. This position is responsible for ensuring staff has the tools and documents to properly trained, have the necessary tools needed to succeed and that processes and procedures are documented and followed.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Review, audit, and oversee internal processes to ensure quality standards are met
  • Conduct daily review of workload input vs. output across all services to ensure turnaround times and client expectations are met
  • Design, document, and maintain process workflows and standard operating procedures
  • Regularly review and recommend new operational processes
  • Collaborate both interdepartmentally & within the department to review, assess, and oversee internal processes to ensure quality standards are met
  • Communicate process changes to team and work to ensure processes are followed
  • Review and recommend new operational processes annually or as otherwise needed
  • Organize, plan, and coordinate employee training and continued operations education
  • Review and assess employee process errors and identify improvement actions needed
  • Assist with new client onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition
  • Perform Secured Services and/or Account Manager duties as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as an NCS Credit Notice Specialist or 3 years of experience in a quality assurance/auditing role
  • Prior experience in a change management role a plus
  • Change Management certification or ASQ certification a plus

Physical and Mental Demands:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone and email
  • Manual dexterity
  • Near visual acuity
  • Prolonged sitting while viewing a computer monitor
  • Frequent typing and use of keyboard/mouse
