About the speaker: As a member of Spilman Thomas & Battle PLLC, Sally E. Edison concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial bankruptcy, insolvency, and creditors’ rights. In addition to her role as National Bankruptcy Counsel to a multinational group of manufacturing and service companies, Sally’s clientele includes trade creditors, secured creditors, debtors, small businesses, major corporations and court-appointed committees. She also represents former officers and directors in bankruptcy proceedings in insurance coverage and indemnification matters.
