Notices the NCS Credit Way

Preliminary Notices

Our focus is to best protect you, our client. We handle each project conservatively and all statutory requirements will be followed by our team, to secure your mechanic’s lien and bond claim rights.

At NCS, our goal is to send preliminary notices to inform parties of your involvement on a construction project, to prompt open lines of communication, and facilitate payment.

Our Premium Notice Service

As a best practice, we recommend our Premium Notice Service to protect your rights and help prompt payment. And, we suggest sending sending a notice in all states.

With our Premium Notice service, our team will:

  • Verify project ownership. (may include Geographic Information System mapping and county records)
  • Serve all parties provided.
  • Search resource documents when applicable. (Notices of Commencement (NOC), permits, and contractors licenses)
  • Investigate corporate legal names in the contractual chain and identify Registered Agents for service.
  • Prepare the statutorily appropriate preliminary notice.

The NCS team may reach out to you if we need additional information.

Learn a Little More!
