Job Summary
Creates Multimedia Designs by analyzing customer requirements and target market; combining graphics, text, and digital audio and video using development tools; creating visualizations of product or service benefits; determining illustration style, color palettes, typography, and screen layouts; building user interfaces.
Essential Responsibilities

Design and produce high-quality multimedia content including:

Animated videos (2D/3D)

Motion graphics
-
Social media visuals
-
Interactive presentations
-
Web and email graphics
-

Confirms multimedia design concept by preparing storyboards and illustrations; constructing prototypes.

Collaborate with marketing team to develop compelling visual narratives.

Edit and produce video content for promotional, educational, and social media purposes.

Constructs multimedia presentations by combining graphics, text, and digital audio and video using development tools; designing and creating interactivity; creating visualizations of product or service benefits; determining illustration style, color palettes, typography, and screen layouts; building user interfaces.

Improves & Maintains multimedia presentations by analyzing use; re-designing and re-constructing content and interaction.

Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual formats.

Maintain brand consistency across all multimedia assets.
-
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-
Stay current with design trends, animation techniques, and emerging technologies.

Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met in all multimedia output.

Competencies
-
Experience in marketing or advertising environments.
-
Knowledge of video editing and sound design.
-
Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, and interactive media platforms.

Understanding of brand strategy and audience engagement.
Education, Experience, Certifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Animation, or related field.
-
2–4 years of experience in multimedia production or a similar creative role.
-
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
-
Experience with animation tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Toon Boom) is a plus.

Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and layout.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Portfolio showcasing multimedia and animation work.
Physical and Mental Demands

Ability to present information clearly and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to management, clients, attorneys, and other staff members
