Job Summary
The Events & Marketing Specialist plans and coordinates marketing events to further promote the NCS Credit brand.
Essential Responsibilities

Coordinates and manages logistics for Marketing events including tradeshows and webinars.

Creates and delivers NCS Credit marketing content for webinars, tradeshows, and events.

Plans and manages events, ensuring they occur on time, within budget, and to scope.

Provides post-event support: distributing surveys, editing materials, generating attendance reports, etc.,

Aligns event and webinar strategies with overall marketing goals and works to ensure seamless execution of the plan.

Measures and reports on Marketing department metrics, including webinar performance and client-engagement.

Creates a comprehensive events calendar and communicates events schedule internally and externally.

Manages all aspects of event production, including scheduling, registration, and post-event follow-up.

Collaborates with the content team to produce high-quality promotional materials including videos, reels, invitations, landing pages, and follow-up emails.

Builds and maintains relationships with key vendors, partners, and industry associations to enhance event quality and reach.

Schedules and hosts coordination meetings in preparation for presentations & live events.

Education, Experience, Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant years of experience

3 plus years of experience in event coordination or a Marketing Coordinator role.

Experience using a CRM system such as Sugar or Salesforce
-
Experience with lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo, Google Ads, etc.
