Job Summary
The Assistant Manager supports the Department Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Notice/Lien Services Group. This role ensures that team members are aligned with departmental goals, quality standards are upheld, and operational workflows run efficiently. The Assistant Manager plays a key role in team supervision, training, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
Essential Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Notice/Lien Services Group to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
- Provide direct support to team members by resolving escalations, answering process-related questions, and ensuring timely task completion.
- Monitor individual and team workloads, reallocating resources as needed to maintain productivity and service levels.
- Collaborate with the Department Manager to implement process improvements and support departmental initiatives.
- Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members in partnership with Human Resources.
- Deliver ongoing coaching and development to staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Support cross-departmental collaboration with Sales, Client Success, and Quality teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Track and report on team performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular check-ins and assist with performance evaluations and training sessions.
- Represent the department in internal meetings and contribute to cross-functional projects as needed.

Education, Experience, Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of management experience

- Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing to small groups and large audiences
