Job Summary
The In-House Administrator is responsible for reviewing collection files and communicating with clients regarding commercial collection matters.
Essential Responsibilities
- Review suit changes, settlement offers, and disputes on commercial collection matters with clients
- Review client documentation including invoices, statements of account, contracts, proofs of delivery, and other related business documents
- Regularly run follow-up reports and address cases requiring attention in a timely manner
- Answer client inquiries on specific files
- Scan and copy documents for filing
- Notify clients and internal staff of impending deadlines including suit deadlines or statutes of limitations
- Provide feedback and direction to collectors that communicate with debtors
- Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, Certifications
- Associates degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-year administrative experience in a legal or financial services setting
