Job Summary
The Secured Services Specialist is responsible for managing the mechanic’s lien process within an assigned state portfolio and delivering exceptional client service throughout the preliminary notice and mechanic’s lien process. This position is responsible for communicating regularly with the Notice/Lien team, clients & attorneys, and interdepartmentally, managing a state portfolio and ensuring statutory deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
Essential Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert regarding mechanics lien process and state statute for the Notice/Lien department
- Collaborate with Account Managers on lien process to achieve TAT and quality expectations
- Maintain accurate state notes
- Review legal documents and lien responses to recommend next actions
- Manage attorney correspondence and workflow
- Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, Certifications
- Associate’s degree; Paralegal or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 plus years of NCS Credit Notice/Lien experience; or any combination of education and experience
