Job Summary
The Senior Product Owner works closely with the development team and other stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver enhancements for NCS Credit products. The position is responsible for creating and maintaining the product backlog, writing user stories, and ensuring the team has a clear vision of the product goals and customer needs.
Essential Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the development team, customers, and other stakeholders to define and refine the product vision and roadmap
- Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with the product strategy and customer feedback
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria that are clear, concise, and testable
- Prioritize and groom the product backlog, balancing the needs of the business and the users
- Review and accept the completed features, ensuring that they meet the quality standards and user expectations
- Communicate the product vision, goals, and progress to the development team and other stakeholders
- Facilitate and participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
- Conduct user research and testing to validate product assumptions and gather feedback
- Analyze product performance and user behavior using data and analytics tools
- Identify and resolve product issues and risks
- Other duties as required

Education, Experience, Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics or related field
- 5 plus years’ experience in a product owner, product manager, or business analyst role in a software development environment
- Proficient with various product management tools and software
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification preferred
