Customize your Notice/Mechanic’s Lien Account Management experience with our new custom default Account Management view. With the new customization you can hide and reorder project information with the new display card format and save time with Texas Notice of Non-Payment defaults. This allows you to prioritize pertinent information and view only what’s important to you.
To customize your Account Management view, log into NCS Online Services and click Account Management under the Notice/Mechanic’s Lien section of your dashboard.
Within Account Management, select a project and the various information cards will display on the right-hand side of your screen.
To change the order in which the cards are displayed or to hide certain cards from your view, click the Customize button in the upper-right corner of the screen.
This will bring up the Customize Account Management form. From here, you can customize the display of your cards.
Set Your Project Card Defaults
Turn on/Turn off Display Cards – under the View column, click the eyeball icon to turn on or turn off the related card.
For example, if you do not want to see All Actions or Prime Contractor information, you would click the corresponding icons on the right-hand side of the form.
Change the Order of Display Cards – under the Sort Order column, click the three-line icon then drag & drop to a new position.
For example, if you want Next Action to display before Quick Update, you would select the corresponding icon on the left-hand side of the form and do a simple drag & drop to the desired location.
Texas Notice Request Defaults
If you serve notices of non-payment for Texas projects, save time with our Texas Notice Request Defaults.
Decide whether you would like to send Notice of Non-Payment (2nd & 3rd months), Notice of Non-Payment (2nd month only), Notice of Non-Payment (3rd month only), and whether you would like the notices sent Express, Premium or Attorney.
Then, when viewing a project in Account Management, you can quickly click 2nd/3rd Month Notice Request to submit a quick notice request to NCS (this will save steps of going through the entire transmittal).
Within Advanced Search, you can search via preselected time frames (Show Number of Days), or via a start and end date (Show Date Picker).

Save time by setting a view preference for your Account Management. Choose from Show All Active Projects, Show My Active Projects, Show Urgent Projects.
- Show All Active Projects – will display all files, related to any account you have access to.
- Show My Active Projects – will display files in your name only; however, you can still search/modify projects not in your name.
- Show Urgent Projects – will display files with a deadline coming due within the next 28 days, regardless of file contact.
Once you make your default view edits, make sure to save your changes. You can make customization changes at any time.
