docuLERT™ may be sent to LienFinder™ subscribers who have enrolled their saved searches in monitoring.
These email notifications are based on a user’s saved search(es) and can be based on any search criteria. If an entry in LienFinder™ reasonably matches the user’s saved search, the user will receive notification of said entry.
docuLERT™ may be sent to a user every day* (*based on recording office activity).These notifications can be stopped at any time by the user.
